PENNINE KARATE has been established since January 1983 and teaches all aspects of Traditional Shotokan Karate, as well as Freestyle competition. Shotokan is the largest style of karate in the world. Karate offers :- Health in active pattern movements, Self Belief, Character Development, Positive Attitude, Increased Social Behaviour, Social Acceptance, Personal Skill Development, Life Long Learning. Karate offers a strategic and popular form of Self Defence and is frequently seen as a form of anti- bullying.
Pennine Karate is open to :- Men, Women, Children aged 7 years and above.
Classes are :- WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS 7pm to 8.30pm.
